Who we are

BeyondPitch is a knowledge platform for commercial leaders in B2B. The site is operated by BeyondPitch. You can reach us at noreply@beyondpitch.no.

What data we collect and why

When you use the Export PDF function on any of our canvas tools, we ask for your email address. We collect this to send you a confirmation link and, with your explicit consent, to add you to our newsletter mailing list.

Through the export function we collect your email address, the date and time of your consent, and which tool you used. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data through it. Information collected when you simply visit the site is described under Website analytics below.

Newsletter

If you consent at the time of export, we will send you communications from BeyondPitch about commercial strategy, tools, and services. This includes newsletters, product updates, and relevant commercial offers related to value-based selling and B2B commercial strategy.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

How we store your data

Your email address and consent record are stored in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email marketing platform. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and stores data within the European Union. You can read Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Canvas data you enter in our tools is stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not receive, store, or process the content of your canvas.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site. When you visit, Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages you view, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, the website that referred you, and interactions such as using a tool or confirming an export. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site, and not to identify you.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognise returning visitors. They are named _ga and _ga followed by our property identifier. You can prevent this through your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area. Google states that it relies on safeguards such as the EU US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. You can read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We also use Google Search Console, which gives us aggregated information from Google about how our pages appear in search results, such as queries, impressions and clicks. Search Console does not place cookies on your device when you visit our site.

Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give this consent by checking the consent box before submitting your email address.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at noreply@beyondpitch.no.

Cookies

BeyondPitch uses Google Analytics cookies as described under Website analytics. We use no advertising cookies, no social media pixels, and no cross site tracking. Canvas data is stored in your browser's local storage only, together with a small flag that records that you have confirmed your email to unlock PDF export.
