Who we are

BeyondPitch is a knowledge platform for commercial leaders in B2B. The site is operated by BeyondPitch. You can reach us at noreply@beyondpitch.no.

What data we collect and why

When you use the Export PDF function on any of our canvas tools, we ask for your email address. We collect this to send you a confirmation link and, with your explicit consent, to add you to our newsletter mailing list.

We collect your email address, the date and time of your consent, and which tool you used. We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data.

If you consent at the time of export, we will send you communications from BeyondPitch about commercial strategy, tools, and services. This includes newsletters, product updates, and relevant commercial offers related to value-based selling and B2B commercial strategy.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

How we store your data

Your email address and consent record are stored in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email marketing platform. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and stores data within the European Union. You can read Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Canvas data you enter in our tools is stored only in your browser's local storage. We do not receive, store, or process the content of your canvas.

Legal basis

We process your email address on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give this consent by checking the consent box before submitting your email address.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at noreply@beyondpitch.no.

Cookies

BeyondPitch does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Canvas data is stored in your browser's local storage only. We use no advertising cookies, no social media pixels, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.
